From product
to solution.

One approach covers product analysis, design, validation, production scale-up and continuity of supply.

Abstract composition of five evolving forms, from the initial outline to a resolved solution

We start with the product, not the container.

Five stages.
One direction.

Each stage combines two complementary steps. The project progresses without duplication, with clear responsibilities, checks and expected outcomes.

01

01–02

Understand

01 Initial brief

We assess the product, its intended use and the customer's objectives to define the essential packaging requirements.

02 Technical review

We assess dimensions, weight, filling methods, storage, handling, display and food-contact requirements.

02

03–04

Design

03 Functional design

We develop the shape, geometry and finish to protect the contents and enhance their presentation.

04 CAD design

We check thickness, radii, draft angles, stackability and process compatibility.

03

05–06

Validate

05 Prototyping

We produce samples or prototypes so customers can evaluate shape, dimensions and functionality first-hand.

06 Testing and validation

We test the solution against the agreed specifications and intended conditions of use.

04

07–08

Scale up

07 Production scale-up

We specify the moulds, tooling, materials and process settings needed for stable, repeatable and efficient production.

08 Production

Packaging is made on automated thermoforming lines under controlled conditions.

05

09–10

Deliver

09 Packing and logistics

Finished products are protected, packed, identified and stored in dedicated areas, ready for dispatch.

10 Market

Packaging arrives ready for the customer’s process and protects products through to the consumer.

One coordinated approach.
One method, one point of accountability.
